Questions about packages and pricing.

What do the prices include?

Each price covers the scope listed in that package. If you need additional pages, content or services, we will tell you the cost and agree it with you in writing before any work begins. There are no hidden charges.

Can I combine a website and ongoing SEO?

Yes. Many businesses start with Website Growth or Website Plus, then continue with SEO Growth or Website Care after launch. Building both on the same foundations keeps the work efficient.

Do you offer payment in stages?

Payment terms for your project are confirmed in writing, alongside the scope, before any work begins.

What happens if I need something outside the package?

We will explain what is involved and confirm any additional cost in writing before doing the work. We focus on business websites and SEO, so we do not take on bespoke software development such as web applications, custom databases or complex integrations.

Who owns my domain?

You do. Your domain should stay registered in an account you control, and you normally pay the renewals. We can set up the DNS for you, but that does not give us ownership of it.

Is hosting included?

Hosting administration is managed for you where it is included in Website Care or in your project agreement. Your proposal sets out exactly what is covered.

Can I move my website elsewhere?

Yes. Once everything due has been paid, we provide the website files and a reasonable handover. Moving to another provider can involve migration or configuration work, which is quoted separately based on scope.

Am I locked into VERBOLIX?

No. There is no artificial lock-in. Any commitments or payments already agreed in your proposal still apply.
